Well, I do not know whether they have it in Duesseldorf, but I know that the
library of the computer science department of the University of Karlsruhe
does own copies of all (most?) Crypto and Eurocrypt proceedings. The library
is open to the public and perhaps some library in Duesseldorf can get you
a copy via some sort of "Fernleihe". If you do not want to wait several weeks,
I could send you a hardcopy of the article. Just send me your snail-mail
address.
