Hi,

We've got two full-time positions open in our Monterey office.
The projects under development have a high degree of relevance to
cypherpunks. The compensation package includes salary, stock and a
fabulous view of Monterey Bay.

Feel free to forward this to the usual suspects.

The following positions are available:

(1) Software Generalist (Monterey, CA)

Candidate should have 2+ years experience and a proven track
record of getting the job done with minimal supervision. Our
ideal candidate isn't afraid of raw hardware, and knows his way
around logic analyzers, emulators and scopes. Experience with
real time embedded OS's, object oriented programming, telephony,
digital signal processing, speech compression algorithms, the guts
of compilers, assemblers and linkers, number theory, cryptography,
networking protocols, ITU V.xxx standards and unix desirable.

(2) EE Generalist with Strong Analog Experience (Monterey, CA)

Op-amps are your friend. You dream clever circuits. You
understand how telephones work, really. You know what a DAA is
and understand for more than 2 seconds at a stretch how hybrids
work. You have a demonstrated ability to come up with circuits
that meet external constraints including cost, reliability, power
consumption and regulatory compliance. Bonus points if you've
gotten one of your designs through the FCC Part 15 and Part 68
    approval process.

Interested candidates may send their resumes in confidence to:
