Yes, I have the looped filesystem patches installed.

The main advantage I see for encryption within ext2 is that it will
help with data remenance, and does not require mounting privledges.

I would like encryption in ext2 to be done on a file per file basis,
with decryption done if an extended attribute is on. (man chattr)
ext2 ought to have the ability to have multiple keys around to decrypt
files owned by different users.
