I had someone try to OCR the document, but the software is complaining
that the input resolution is < 200 dpi, and refuses to even attempt
it. There's another OCR option available, though I confess I don't have
high hopes for that.
At this point, I think our best option is to either get a hardcopy
version, or to do the deed by hand. Is anyone trying to get hardcopy?
If you're interested in helping by typing in a section, please let me
know, so we can prevent any duplicate work.
I intend to reproduce the document with LaTeX, in order to produce
good postscript, PDF, and HTML.
