in various papers decribing blowfish, it was mentioned that the key can
be as long as 448 bits (14 long words). but in the key setup routine,
the P-array elements (18 long words) are xored cwwith the key bytes (cycling the
key if it is shorter than the P-array size) : the size of the P-array is then
18*4*8 = 576 bits, so why 448 bits ?
