A couple years ago, somebody on the list detailed their experiences in
trying to comply with ITAR by going through the proper channels to take a
covered item with them. I seem to recall that it was Matt Blaze, trying to
take an encrypted phone; I could be wrong on both counts.....

Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone out there has a copy of that story, and
would be kind enough to email it to me - I'd like to include it on a web
page :-)
