About 5 years ago when I was working at the psych department at UofQ
(australia), we were looking at buying some software from a USA company.
It was with great amusment that they noted that they could not supply us with
their software because it contained a DES implementation that had been
downloaded from the machine in our Department (my main crypto software site).
