The GNU MP library is a LGPLed one but it has support for more than
only integers. GNUPG has a modified version (but GPLed) of this which
only contains the integer stuff and an easier API.

See ftp.gnu.org or one of the mirros or ftp.guug.de:/pub/gcrypt for
GNUPG.
