VirtualAlloc until the non-swappable memory driver gets written

There's a setting for allocating pages under windows 95 & NT with
VirtualAlloc called PAGE_EXECUTE_READWRITE; if you had a simple loop
executing at the start of the page, could you ensure that the page
wouldn't get swapped and use the rest for somewhat-more-secure memory?
