Non-crypto code is off topic for CodherPlunks but this summer I have
written a few bits and pieces somebody might want to fish through.

The new items are:

open_constrained() (C)
   Probably most useful for opening config files and checking who can
   write to them. I invite comments on the adequacy of the security here
   and my coding style and the readability. I tried hard here so any
   flaws mean I learn something.

bbsquash (Perl)
   To assist in reading bb.out files from multiple program runs.

angel (small set of C progs - unfinished)
   An MTA of sorts, intended to have crypto eventually.
