 http://www.privacy.nb.ca/cryptography/archives/CodherPlunks/

Go to www.dejanews.com
Select 'browse groups'
Select 'ailab.CodherPlunks'

It seems to go back to the fall of 1996. It was
created by Phil Hallam-Baker.

I can't find an URL for an archive at MIT.
