I've started looking at how to pass some small data over a network
under RSA encryption and found this in demos/ with SSLeay-0.9.0b

        - example2.c Demonstrates rsa encryption and decryption

        The programs were written by Maurice Gittens <mgittens@gits.nl>
        with the necesary help from Eric Young <eay@cryptsoft.com>

It appears to handle the necessary crypto but I'm finding that the
attempted size of buf and buf2 is 0, and len gets returned as -1 from
RSA_public_encrypt().

My setup:
    kernel-2.0.34-0.6
    gcc-2.7.2.3-11
    glibc-2.0.7-19
    libc-5.3.12-27
    Intel pentium

Does anyone know what's causing this please, the OO source is not making
a lot of sense to me.
