Only someone with Sameer's faith in spin doctoring could possibly think
that this tactic is in any way reasonable.

However, I actually do have the interests of the community at heart, so
I hereby offer to join the two projects; mine and OpenSSL. Of course,
the reasonable thing would have been for Sameer and co-conspirators to
have spoken to me before making this announcement, but they chose not
to. Given C2's dire record on the Open Source front, I am not surprised.

Perhaps I can keep them honest.

Doncha just love it? Since quoting 1984 is popular at the moment, here's
another from the Sameer version: "division is unity".
