Code implementing most of the PRNGs in Knuth, Vol 2. and others can
be found in my ThinAir PRNG Class library at http://www.anomaly.org/ThinAir/
Sorry, none of the PRNGs in this library are CSPRNGs.
The ThinAir docs also containt pointers to several RNG sites.
