Systemics has public code for some of this stuff, the cryptix library,
and I think some docs and perhaps even code for SOX, check out
http://www.systemics.com, and judge their crypto coding abilities.

If you read the digital bearer settlement list, several crypto clueful
cypherpunk types have been dropping hints about projects happening out
in .ai. I expect this is all related behind the scenes. The contact
name looked rather familiar too.
