To clarify what I originally said (and yes I know this is off topic) -

I mentioned that that it might be good to get a site in .to because of
trademark issues relating to the domain name itself, not trademark issues
for the content of the site.

I believe it might further be good to get a site in .to because it _could_
be co-located in tonga. Whether this is practical, and whether the same
might be possible for sites not in .to, and what some sort of 'virtual'
co-location might do to jurisdiction, I have no idea, I just thought it
might be a good idea.
