The PDF file there that describes the 82802 Firmware Hub says "Intel
will provide a binary software driver to give third party software
access to our RNG for use as a security feature." The document
describes how to access other features of the chip, but not this one.

Anybody see any reason to believe they're planning to tell how to
access it directly, so that people can check the by-god pre-SHA bits?
