hello,

i would be thankfull to see AM_GLIB_GNU_GETTEXT support in DIA. many
others and i already switched to a new gettext support due of gnome 2
cvs and we get a couple of errors when trying to autogen.sh from cvs.

anyways the proper and correct way would definately be to switch from
old way to the new and correct way.
