Minor dia build error?

A build of a CVS checkout from about 5 minutes ago produces the
following error:

make[3]: Entering directory `/tmp/dia/po'
make[3]: *** No rule to make target
`../app/paginate_gnomeprint.c', needed by `dia.pot'.  Stop.
make[3]: Leaving directory `/tmp/dia/po'
make[2]: *** [po/dia.pot] Error 2
make[2]: Leaving directory `/tmp/dia'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/tmp/dia'
make: *** [all-recursive-am] Error 2

I assume that this must be an error in the makefile/configure
script, but am not sure. Am I missing something or is there a
bug in Dia?
