Yes, you can either export as EPS (encapsulated postscript) or PS.  For the
first, go to File->Export in the diagram menu, and select Encapsulated
Postscript as the type to export as.  For the second, select File->Print
in the diagram menu, and select File instead of Printer.  There is no
external program that converts from Dia to PS.
