manual: little errors?

I have been looking at the manual and 

----- the manual taks about a "Connecting Objects section", but I 
could not find it.

----- the manual talks about a "Managing Groups section", but I found 
a "Grouping section" (just a different name)

----- there is a
<!ENTITY AUTHORS-NOTE SYSTEM "authors-note.sgml"> , but there is not 
such a file.
