0.91 release!

Dia 0.91 has finally been released.  Pick up your tarball at
ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/sources/dia/0.91/.  I hope you will all enjoy
it.

The next release will be all about usability.  Unfortunately, I won't be
able to participate as much, as I have a very busy three months coming up.
I would like to have a next release out sometime during the summer with
some improvements, I am willing to let some things slide to the next
version to get things out there faster.
