dia 0.91 for win32 cant read settings

Hi all!

Just installed (dia-0.91-1-setup.exe) on my PC (Win 2K, cygwin).

When I change prefs in dia it saves it to
	drive:\cygwin\home\user\.dia
but it does not apply those changes.  And it does not read it from disk
when I restart dia.

Any suggestions will be really appreciated.
