OK.  Maybe it would be a nice add-on to build the wimp.dll
together with dia (same MSVC7) and include it in the setup.
Compared to the gtk stuff it's rather tiny and it makes the
look-and-feel of dia more windowish.  Something I won't like
under Linux, but want to have it under Windows :-)
