OpenGL export converter

A quick search of the web reveals no tools which can convert from
a vector format (such as dia or SVG) to a list of OpenGL commands
which would let that diagram be integrated into an OpenGL diagram.

e.g. An "<svg:rect.../>" xml tag would be simply converted to a
     "glRect(...)" line of C code.

Does anyone know of projects underway to create such a converter?
