Errors Compiling Dia 0.92

  When I am compiling Dia0.92 in RedHat 7.2.
  Gives the following error

/usr/local/lib/libfontconfig.so.1: undefined reference to
`FT_Get_PS_Font_Info'
/usr/local/lib/libpangoxft-1.0.so: undefined reference to
`FT_Stream_GetShort'
/usr/local/lib/libpangoxft-1.0.so: undefined reference to
`FT_Stream_ExitFrame'
/usr/local/lib/libpangoxft-1.0.so: undefined reference to
`FT_Stream_GetLong'
/usr/local/lib/libpangoxft-1.0.so: undefined reference to `FT_Stream_Seek'
/usr/local/lib/libpangoxft-1.0.so: undefined reference to `FT_Get_Next_Char'
/usr/local/lib/libpangoxft-1.0.so: undefined reference to
`FT_Stream_EnterFrame'
/usr/local/lib/libfontconfig.so.1: undefined reference to
`FT_Get_BDF_Property'
/usr/local/lib/libpangoxft-1.0.so: undefined reference to
`FT_Get_First_Char'

   Could someone give me a soluction for this problem?
