gnome cvs up-to-date?

Sorry if this topic has been posted before, but..
my search at the gnome CVS for the 'latest bleeding edge version'
of dia found version 0.86 with last update 2001-03-08 
(http://www.gnome.org/project/showfiles.php?group_id=70).

As for the ximian rpm distributions, seemed to lag behind from Mandrake 
Linux (my system is LM 9.1)
