Debugging

Hi,
How can i compile dia-0.91 so that i can see the gtk source in gdb?
I tried:

   ./configure --enable-static CFLAGS="-O0 -g"
   make

Previously, i compiled and installed libgtk2.0-dev, libglib2.0-dev,
libatk1.0-dev, and libpango1.0-dev with the nostrip option.
