New prerelease

A new prerelease, 0.92-pre2, is now available at
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/dia/0.92/

This fixes the very-small-font problem reported by several people, as well
as several smaller bugs.  Please take a look at it.  If nothing major comes
up, this will be 0.92 by Sep 21st.
