Hello All,

Dia 0.94 for Windows is available from

http://dia-installer.sourceforge.net

Several shortcuts to dia.exe have been fixed.
Uninstallation will remove the complete dia
installation folder.
The dia manual is available in PDF and CHM now.
I've also added PDF and CHM of the Polish dia
manual, but I think that the encoding got messed up.
It would be great if somebody could add the
correct encoding documentation to the XML
files that form the Polish dia manual.
