Installation Problem on Win95

Subject: Installation Problem on Win95

Hi, I've installed Dia 0.92.2 on a Win95 machine. I received no errors during installation. However, when I start Dia, a DOS command window opens (expected), however the window is filled with the following error messages:

"Cannot load module ../lib/pango/1.2.0/modules/pango-basic-win32.dll: One of the
library files needed to run this application cannot be found."

How can I fix this problem?
