Value of custom property

Hi all!!!
I need to specify a custom property value in a custom
shape definition. For example, when i declare a custom
property:
<ext_attribute name="name" description="Name"
type="string">ComponentName</ext_attribute>
Thus, when i arrange a component to the sheet, the
property must have the value that is assigned on its
definition.

I have been seen the source but i not know how to
assign the value to a property from shape definition,
only common properties like name, type and description
can be done.

How can i do this?
