Problem compiling DIA with CVS

when I execute ./autogen.sh

I have errors 

Running intltoolize
patching file po/Makefile.in.in
Running libtoolize

autoconf/status.m4:848: AC_CONFIG_FILES is expanded from...
configure.in:455: the top level
autom4te: /usr/bin/m4 failed with exit status: 1
You may want to run ./configure --enable-maintainer-mode --enable-db2html
to build dia
