Compilation Error: app_procs.c

After grabbing the Dia module fresh from CVS, I was unable to compile the
code due to errors in apps/app_procs.c:

I have been able to compile from the Dia-0.94 source tarball, so unless
there have been dependency changes, that is unlikely to be the source of
the problems.
