Broken dia build

Hi Lars,

I think that your last commit broke the dia build:
diapagelayout.c:207: error: `DIA_UNIT_CENTIMETER' undeclared (first use in 
this function)

Removing #ifdef 0 in diaunitspinner.h fixes the build.
Where should the unit spinner appear?
