windows dia startup problem

Hello. I just downloaded and installed Dia on Windows XP. It does start up, but before doing so I get a C:\ message in a black popup box that says: I/O warning : failed to load external entitel "NULL"

If I close this box, it closes the whole of dia. is there a way to get rid of this problem? thank you.
