That is great news! I wanted the CDROM to update my copy of Schneier,
get the new source code for Schneier, and to get the old Cryptobytes
and the older books, some of which seem to only be available in
hardcover the last time I browsed through CL Books in Vienna, VA.

Unfortunately, I ordered the Crypto CD and the Dr. Dobb's 9.5-year CD
upgrade months before they sent the letter about the new discount
schedule. The magazine CD was the same price in the new fee schedule
but you can save $10 on the Crypto CD if you've bought from the
catalog before.

Enjoy,

Kris

PS...Don't bother with the "Alternative Programming Languages" CD-ROM.
You're just going to waste $45 on a CD-ROM copy of various outdated
FTP archives with almost no supporting manuscript... so if you thought
you'd get interesting articles about orphaned programming languages
like Eiffel or Oberon, you'll be very disappointed with "Alternative
Programming Languages." You're lucky to even have the online manuals
for most of them.
