You're entirely welcome to post a pointer to the paper (i.e. an URL or
an offer to mail copies to interested parties) and some sort of abstract
to give people the general idea. Posting the entire text of the paper
(or a nontrivial piece of code) to the list is discouraged
-the mgmt.
