For those using SCNSM, a Microsoft sanctioned VxD ID has been assigned and
is 3F4Ch. We'll be doing an official release at some point which
incorporates it, but if you're using the driver and want to incorporate it
yourself, update the SCNSM_DEVICE_ID definition in both scnsm.h and
scnsm.inc and rebuild.

The SCNSM driver supports allocation of non-swappable memory on Windows
