Indeed. Didn't see that in the original Swiss version. Oh well, use
ECDSA.

As an aside, didn't Schneier mention some 200 different signature schemes
using mod-exp in the second version of AC? I would think that most of
those translate to ECC directly. The loss of NR is minor bummer, there
are more than enough other algorithms to make up for it.
